ABSTRACT

ICT (Information and Communication Technology) has greatly changed contemporary education. The ICT solutions offered enrich learning environments and provide staffs with numerous opportunities. However, even though ICT can enhance education quality, there are many staffs that are unwilling to adjust to the changes brought about by ICT. One of the most crucial inhibitory factors that make staffs reluctant to utilize ICT in education is the lack of their training on ICT. Thus, the purpose of this research paper is to examine the Impact of information communication technology (ICT) on staff training and development. Results are expected to provide tangible insights to help both education community and academia.
